Provide supports to people with disabilities in a residential setting in PG County and DC. The Program Coordinator is a member of the interdisciplinary team, initiating and attending team meetings. Works closely with people and their families by encouraging and supporting their involvement in person-centered planning and in supporting the overall life patterns of the family. Reports progress monthly, quarterly and annually and as required. The Program Coordinator is continually aware of the interpersonal status of the people supported, their personal growth, health, stability, and disposition regarding their life-styles and their choices.
Requires at least a Bachelor degree in psychology, social sciences or a related field plus three (3) years experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.'
