Our client is a 24/7 call center that provides operator services to a variety of hospitals and medical clinics and virtual receptionist services to over 250 medical practices. This is a 100% onsite job and cannot be done remote.
Swing shift – between 10am-9pm – Requires working every Saturday or Sunday
Second shift - between 2pm-11pm - Requires working every Saturday
Location: Boston, MA
This is a 100% onsite opportunity.
Paid Training (Mandatory): will take place for 2 weeks either Mon- Fri 11:00am- 6:00pm OR 1:00pm- 7:00pm
Parking: Second Shift Free Parking, MBTA accessible
Responsibilities include:
- Answering the mainline to hospitals and medical clinics and connecting the caller to the correct staff/department
- Taking messages for medical practices when they are not able to answer their phone lines
- Contacting on-call providers with urgent issues from callers
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Experience Call Center
- Strong tenure (staying at the same job for 2+ years minimum)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic technical skills (typing 40 wpm+ and ability to information data into a database)
