Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and people skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive attitude. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our leadership team, contributing to the success and growth of UpDoc.
While the job is part time, there may be full time opportunities in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including expense reports, filing, and office organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Warm, friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the CEO and the business.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
