Core Responsibilities
- Deliver both individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
- Implement comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
- Lead skill acquisition and behavior management in diverse settings.
- Engage in advanced training and contribute positively to our team dynamic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Significant experience with Autism.
- Previous RBT experience in ABA or Mental Health settings.
- Current RBT Certification (with a bonus for credentialed RBTs).
- Physical agility and English fluency.
