The purpose of the Executive Assistant to Senior Analyst is to utilize their analytical and organizational skills to organize the data compiled for any given property we are tasked to valuate. Information will be strategically placed into reports for review and submission. The Writer Assistant is a Mid-Level, but Key Role here at Gill Group. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to learning and has a passion for vertical movement within our company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
· Complying Information - As the primary function of a Executive Assistant to Senior Analyst, this responsibility involves gathering and organizing information obtained from the Administrative Assistant for analysis and valuation. This includes utilizing multiple software systems such as Excel, Word, HUD Web Pages, U.S. Census Bureau, QuickBase and Google Search Engine.
· Team Communication – The Executive Assistant to Senior Analyst must work directly with Senior staff regarding specific information needed for each property assigned to them for data compilation.
· Data Organization - It is the duty of the Executive Assistant to Senior Analyst to organize the data to hand off to Senior Staff for the final steps of the appraisal evaluation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Outstanding interpersonal communication
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Mathematical Skills
· Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Firm grasp of digital data and file management systems
Bachelor Degree Required
