What you'll do:
You'll play a crucial role in growing and supporting a set of distribution partners across North America. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners to drive focus, collaborative programs and sales.
- Sales Support: Provide hands-on support to partners throughout the sales process, including training sessions and active participation in end-customer meetings.
- Pipeline Execution: Execute pipeline activities by tracking forecast data and ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support partners effectively and drive initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key trends to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
You will be a crucial part of our sales team, reporting to the Head of Channel Sales.
We would love to hear about you if you have the following experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional.
- About 3-6 years of proven hands-on experience in channel management, partner support, or working directly for a distributor.
- A proven track record of building successful relationships.
- Understanding of channel sales tactics and best practices.
- Ability to grow sales at existing partners and obtain valuable new partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (native level).
