Administrative Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Managing schedules and appointments.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data entry and database management.
- Ordering and managing office supplies.
- Assisting with the organization of company events and meetings.
- Distributing mail and managing email correspondence.
- Liaising with internal and external contacts.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting other staff members with various tasks as needed.

Experience:
Administrative Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Experience managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing general office tasks.
- Have the ability to work independently
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Basic knowledge of database management and data entry.
- 4yrs + Experience with QuickBooks
Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in handling phone calls and greeting visitors.
Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Experience with filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
Customer Service Experience:
- Previous experience in a role that involves interacting with clients or customers.
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide information efficiently.
Attention to Detail:
- Experience in tasks requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and provide solutions.
- Experience in managing office issues and coordinating repairs or maintenance.
Educational Background:
A high school diploma is required, but having an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or certification in office administration or a related field will make you a strong candidate.
