Roamers Therapy is seeking full-time licensed psychotherapists (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to offer individual therapy and couples therapy services, as well as to supervise a team of 2-4 pre-licensed clinicians.

Ideal clinicians are enthusiastically comfortable with reaching a minimum of 22 hours of in-person and telehealth direct client work with an average of 3-4 cancellations per week to meet an average of 22 direct client hours per week consistently, in-person and telehealth work, clinically supervising 2-4 pre-licensed clinicians, and working a fixed schedule 5-days-a-week.
Roamers Therapy offers ongoing weekly paid supervision and consultation, weekly paid group didactic trainings and consultation, opportunity to contribute to our paid specialized Therapy Sketches blog and social media outreach, and extensive technological practice management systems.
Note: Holding an IL clinical license and being an IL resident is required to apply. Provisionally licensed clinicians do not qualify and should inquire about our pre-licensed psychotherapist openings.

Additional Requirements:
- Reside in Illinois
- Comfortable with a fixed schedule to establish predictability and stability for trauma-informed care.

- Enthusiastic about supervising pre-licensed clinicians and practicum interns.
