join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional customer support
and administrative assistance to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates to work remote in the San Antonio, Texas or surrounding area.
Salary: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to stop loss insurance
policies, claims, and client communications.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely
resolution of service issues.
Must have the ability to demonstrate good writing, critical thinking, data entry and
computer skills while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions in
our CRM system.
Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks, including monitoring
shared email mailboxes, data entry, interprets reports and prepares reporting package
drafts, prepares draft proposals, prepares quotes, maintains CRM, and gathers marketing
data.
The ability to develop knowledge and skills in own area; may still be acquiring /
expanding higher level skills.
The duties of this position will adjust to the needs of the business as it grows and provide
appropriate back-up support.
Works with moderate supervision / guidance; accountable for individual results and
impact on team.
Attend frequent in person team meetings in San Antonio, Texas.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
required and CRM/AMS software (e.g. Applied Epic) preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and
prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proven research skills.
Time Management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to think creatively and independently.
Strong writing, mathematical, inter-personal and communication skills in person, on the
phone, video meetings and through email with the ability to articulate complex
information clearly and concisely.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is a
Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance industry, or stop loss insurance concepts.
Experience working in a client-facing role or in a customer service-oriented environment.
