Title: Human Resources Coordinator for Home Care Agency: Bedford, MA

Position Overview: As a Human Resource Coordinator working in our Bedford MA office, you will play a vital role in our organization by hiring and retaining caregivers to service our clients. You will work closely with our Schedulers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of talented candidates to meet our growing demand for services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Office Manager and Schedulers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach.
- Makes significant outbound calls and successfully converts those calls to interviews,
- Screen caregivers and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and orientations.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Comfortable with learning various computer programs and ability to work with Microsoft Office/Excel
