We are a fast-growing real estate wholesaling company in ten different states across the United States. We are looking for an Access Scheduler to work hand-in-hand with our team to schedule real estate walkthroughs.
Responsibilities:
- Being the point-of-contact between our team and sellers of real estate properties
- Being the point-of-contact between our team and our boots-on-ground real estate agents in each of our markets
- Coordinate with sellers and our agents to lock in times where we or our partners can access the properties
- Real-time data entry in our CRM regarding property access notes and tour times
- Creating and sending calendar invites for the scheduled tours
- Handle a high bandwidth of tour scheduling (over 50 tours at a time)
- Input and organize a high volume of tasks by maintaining a digital to-do list
- Manage a team of 2-3 offshore Tour Coordination Virtual Assistants who will help you with your tasks
Requirements:
- Someone who is VERY comfortable being put "on the spot" on the phone by buyers/sellers in real time
- Someone friendly and adaptable who can build rapport easily with property owners
- Someone who recognizes the importance of scheduling tours ASAP; has a sense of extreme urgency for each property
- Willingness to follow up with sellers, even multiple times a day when necessary, to ensure timely responses
- Technologically savvy and can update all our complex CRM's and systems with tour data with zero mistakes
- Has managed teams in the past and knows how to keep their support staff accountable
Expectations:
- Available full-time
- Instant response time when sellers call/text
Job Details/Compensation:
- 1099 independent contractor
- Base salary paid biweekly
- Closing bonuses paid in real-time
