Our Arizona Heavy Truck and Construction Equipment repair center is looking for ALL levels of mechanics with an emphasis on highly qualified mechanic professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and working on a large variety of equipment. From dozers and haul trucks to a fleet of pickup trucks and sludge pumps. We have it all. You will enjoy the opportunity to be a part of a creative, innovative, and collaborative team.
We are looking for individuals that are highly skilled and proficient in specialized areas and others that can do almost anything. This includes troubleshooting electrical circuits, engine diagnostics, hydraulic systems, fabrication and more. In our Fleet Division, our customers are own internal team members that utilize the equipment that we repair and service. Getting to know the team and the equipment is just one of the perks.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair or replace critical vehicle components such as engines, transmissions and brakes.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in the operation of engines, brakes, air conditioning and other vehicle systems.
- Repair broken parts utilizing rebuild kit components or fabrication.
- Complete full vehicle/equipment PM services and annual inspections.
- Chage tires of various sizes.
- Willing to work from a mobile service truck at customer locations.
- Complete Work Orders and pre-job job hazard analysis using an electronic tablet.
- Must be safety conscience and police your work environment with strong housekeeping habits/standards.
- Must complete a background and drug and alcohol screening upon hire.
- Must have minimum 3 years' mechanical knowledge
