Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will be engaging and interactive, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Your key duties will include:
Software Guidance: You'll meet with customers on a weekly basis, guiding them through our cutting-edge software and answering any queries they may have. This proactive approach helps our users maximize the potential of our tools.
Customer Support: You'll handle customer inquiries and tickets with efficiency and professionalism, providing prompt responses and accurate information to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Training Facilitation: As an expert on our eCommerce workshops, you'll play a vital role in training our customers. Your ability to simplify complex concepts will empower our customers to make the most of our services.
Customer Service Excellence: Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service at all times. You'll take the initiative to understand each customer's needs and provide tailored assistance, ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Product Demonstrations: You'll conduct product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our software, helping to increase customer confidence and engagement.

Qualifications
