Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Making the initial contact with consumers to educate and introduce them to the latest telecommunication services based on their eligibility and needs.
- Ensure proper communication to answer all questions with clear and concise product knowledge before closing sales
- Assist in completely the full sales cycle with thorough attention to detail notating all customer private information is secure, building rapport, and initiating long term relationships
- Process all sales orders promptly, accurately and in a timely manner; As well as following up with all customers after sale has been completed to guarantee the service has been installed and the customer is satisfied
- Assisting individuals in understanding our telecommunication clients services and support them in selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs and achieve sales goals
- Responding to customer sales inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products, inform them of sales promotions, or additional services
Minimum Qualifications We Look Out For In A Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Prior background in customer service, sales, retail, customer support, or other relevant fields are an added bonus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Solution orientated when customers are stressed, upset, or have inquiries
- Charismatic, charming, and courteous demeanor with customers and fellow employees on the
- Approachable and friendly with the ability to close any sale that presents itself
