Southern Delivers is a well-established trucking company which provides logistical services to many companies around the country, with locations in Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Savannah, Charleston, Dallas and Houston.
As our company is expanding, we are looking to hire a skilled Customer Service Representative with Drayage Intermodal experience for our Miami Terminal.
- Updating customer/order information
- Ensuring that all work orders are invoiced
- Organizing and attaching scanned documents
- Communicating with customer regarding orders
- Communicating/assisting other departments regarding billing issues.
- Collaborating with customers to resolve billing inconsistencies/discrepancies.
- Analyzing order information against corresponding paperwork to ensure that invoices are created accurately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous Drayage Intermodal experience
- Must be able to navigate a computer easily
- Highly organized with great time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work with multiple programs and screens simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
