The position consists of helping a highly knowledgeable, innovative and high energy primary physician to manage and grow the Clinic, and to also work on special projects such as grants and impact reports for nonprofit funders. We are looking for a person who can work with the primary physician and her team and become part of the leadership team. Constant communication within the office and partners is important.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for oral and written communications (memos, reports, presentations, grants, etc.) to nonprofit funders, partners, federal and local government agencies, professors, and associates
- Coordinate the daily patient flow
- Supervise and cover administrative staff
- Responsible for social media accounts for daily updates
- Create content for newsletters
- Organize initiatives and plan events
- Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
- Create and maintain filing systems, mostly electronic
Requirements and skills
- Bilingual; Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Clinic operations
- Writing skills for reports and grants
- Time management
- Organized
- Computer skills: Electronic Health Records, Word and other MS Office 365 Apps, Google Apps., Adobe, etc.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Social Media expertise

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
