Start-up fast casual concept in downtown Hoboken seeking experienced Line Cooks to help grow an exciting health-inspired restaurant bridging the gap between quick service and fine dining.
We are looking for talented and experienced hires to join the team of a successful start-up with the goal of rapid expansion in the near future.
Our New American Cuisine is centered around a menu of salads and hot plates. At Quality Greens Kitchen, we differentiate ourselves by providing sophisticated lunch/dinner offerings (e.g. fresh, wild-caught salmon and USDA prime steak) designed and prepared on-site by an authentic culinary team. Perfect for experienced talent looking to have an impact on a new brand, get in on the ground level, and participate in the upside of a restaurant start-up with multi-unit aspirations.
You must be able to, but not limited to:
Cook everything from scratch, but follow established recipe and plating procedures.
Create a positive and fun kitchen environment.
Receive training and coaching to help them succeed and advance.
Have opportunities for advancement as we continue to open new restaurants!
