Job Details:
- Processing of Semi-monthly and Bi-weekly payrolls company-wide in accordance with company pay schedules, including both quarterly and incentive payrolls
- Remaining compliant with state and federal laws in daily processes, as well as ensuring company policies and practices are followed
- Answering general questions relating to pay structures, schedules, and calculations
- Collection, Organization, & Preparation of payroll supporting documentation
- Communication of approvals, reminders, and payroll-related information to management
- Reconciliation of payroll reports and processed payrolls.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of Payroll experience
- Strong, working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
