Responsible for providing customer quotes, answering customer calls, and processing orders while ensuring continued high customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles explaining costs, answering customer calls to take orders and entering orders into software system for timely and accurate processing of order.

Determines the lead time for order production and delivery and works with logistics on the correct truck route for timely and accurate processing of order.

Provides excellent customer service including sales, technical support, researching and assisting with resolving account issues.

Assists other departments with customer inquiries and concerns to ensure sales orders are processed to meet customer needs.

Responds to customer calls and emails and uses effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shares interactions with customers that might require outside sales attention such as complaints or additional sales opportunities.

Effectively works to meet center goals.
