We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent social media and marketing skills, a knack for research, and the ability to gather and present data effectively. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is comfortable attending and coordinating events and has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
1. Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration
2. Social Media & Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage content calendars.
3. Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and attend events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
- Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
4. Research & Data Gathering:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Gather and analyze data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings.
5. Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Provide creative input and support for various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Associates degree or higher in business admin (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong social media skills and experience with various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Experience in marketing and event coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, forward-thinking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable attending and representing the company at events.
