The Keever Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our lead advisor with client meetings and note-taking. This role will allow you to build great relationships with our clients and support a dynamic, growth-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, actively listen, and take detailed notes (note taking is a big part of this role) on client discussions, concerns, and goals.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document client interactions, maintain up-to-date client records, and track the progress of financial plans.
- Client Service: Provide top-level client service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications:

Two years’ previous experience in a similar financial planning role is preferred.
- Outstanding note taking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $22-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
