Objective:
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for receiving incoming calls for the organization and distributing them to the appropriate department. The Patient Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting a solution.
Skills/ Qualifications:
· Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills
· Ability to use independent judgement and discretion
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of governmental regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other compliance programs
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Supplies timely and effective administrative support services
· Act as administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
· Resolve problems with patients and find resolutions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
