This position is responsible for development, communication, and service needs for our client companies and for retaining large, complex accounts through relationship management.

This position is a salaried, exempt, and full-time position and will be reporting to the Senior Account Executive and Team Leader. This is a US based hybrid or remote role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. Requires seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects. #LI-Remote

Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry, middle market risk management experience preferred.

Property and Casualty Insurance license required.

Requires moderate to long periods of time sitting at a desk, using computer monitor and keyboard, speaking on the phone, etc.
- Requires short to moderate (intermittent) periods of time standing or walking, often to and from meetings that require sitting.

Requires very occasional lifting of objects (mostly documents, lap top equipment, etc.) that weigh fewer than 20 pounds.

Requires seasonal or intermittent travelling to visit clients and prospects.
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $120,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
