Responsibilities:
For the Executive Assistant role:
· Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of the CEO's time.
· Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
· Manages the executive's schedule (both personal and business), meeting preparations, and follow-up tasks.
· Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the CEO and prepares summaries and reports.
· Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the CEO's activities.
For the Personal Assistant role:
· Manage the household responsibilities which includes a range of things like vehicle maintenance, coordinating and supervising house services, perform weekly home office software and hardware technical checklist, etc.
· Run occasional personal errands for the CEO.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives.
· Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
· High flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
· Strong communication skills with a detailed and customer service-oriented approach.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
