Responsible for answering and routing calls in a professional business manner, taking messages, greeting visitors, handling inquiries and providing information related to the company. Responsible for collecting patient information and data entry, scheduling visits, reschedule no shows and cancellation, collecting co-payments.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, taking messages and relaying messages.
Directs patients by maintaining registers for new patients, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, reschedule no shows and cancellations, data entry.
Performs clerical duties like composing, filing letters, and forms, verifying insurance benefits, obtain referrals.
Coordinate the patient flow by performing check in and check out of patients, release/obtain medical records as requested and by managing the front office activity as per HIPAA compliance protocols.
Responsible to collect payments and hand out patient test instructions, lab and test orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
