Mimi's Bridal in Sullivan, MO is hiring a store manager. We are looking for someone who has a passion for fashion, enjoys celebrating others, and inspiring the team alongside you.

Where small town service meets big city style, with a team behind Mimi's unlike anything else. Mimi's Bridal is a full service bridal store including bridal, bridesmaids, tuxedos, prom & homecoming.
Store Manager Duties:
To include but not be limited to the following. As our store manager your responsibility will be the successful operation of the entire store.
Staff:
- Updating employee schedule, employee task management daily & managing employees time efficiently.
- Ensuring our store procedures are followed by all employees including appointment procedures, daily tasks, opening & closing tasks, & our dress code.
Ordering, Inventory, & Receiving:
- Review orders submitted for accuracy & place.
- Keep customer files up to date & organized.
- Document all updates in our POS system.
- Receive new items into our POS system. Getting items out of the box, quality check, steaming, tagging, pickup slips, etc.
- Keeping invoices & receiving vouchers organized.
Sales:
- Ability to work individually in all appointment types creating an amazing experience for our customers.
- Ability to apply your training to ensure the best customer experience.
- Ability to succeed in your sales at an 80% close ratio on average.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
Store:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean & organized store environment that is aesthetically pleasing.
- Knowledge of all inventory in the store. Including current styles, trends, designers, & alterations.
- Ability to confidently run our POS system which includes all customer files, documentation, & info. Process accurate sales & view sales history. Coordinate special orders with purchase orders. Text customers.
- Ability to answer the phone. Book appointments & answer all customer questions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.
Hours & Pay:
Full time position.
Store hours of operation:
Tues & Thurs 11-7
Wed & Fri 10-5
Sat 10:30-4
Sunday (Seasonal during bridal shows or specific Prom Sundays.)
$16-18 per hour base pay based on retail experience

Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in retail, with a strong understanding of customer service.
- Excellent customer service, communication, & leadership skills. Communication skills being both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
