Automotive After Sales Manager- VinFast Orlando
We are growing! Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 10 dealerships serving the Central Florida market, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager for an exciting new opportunity in the Central Florida area, introducing and building our new EV location.
The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc.
- Maintain world class CSI and high employee satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
- Hire, train, motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff; manage employee relations
- Administer monthly operating budget to attain sales, gross and net income targets for the service department.
- Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
- Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Serves as liaison with factory representatives
- Maintain efficient parts operation
- Define and utilize a rational, flexible stock ordering procedure
- Assure a profitable operation; forecast parts sales, gross, and expenses monthly
- Review D.O.C. on daily basis and Maintain close control of departmental cost
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two to four years Automotive Service Management experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background screening requirement
