Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager at MotivHealth, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our partnerships with clients and brokers. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry expertise, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive client engagement, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful implementation and renewal of client policies. Your dedication and leadership will directly contribute to advancing MotivHealth mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and broker partners, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and collaboration.
- Client Onboarding and Renewal: Lead the end-to-end process for onboarding new clients, overseeing implementation, and managing the renewal process for existing client policies, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
- Engagement and Communication: Drive member engagement initiatives by coordinating open enrollment meetings and developing targeted communication strategies to promote awareness, education, and participation in healthcare programs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide proactive and personalized support to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, fostering a culture of responsiveness, advocacy, and customer retention.
- Market Analysis and Innovation: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging industry developments to inform product strategies, enhance value propositions, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account management or related roles within the healthcare or insurance industry, demonstrating a track record of success in driving client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or industry certifications preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of health insurance markets, regulations, and trends, with proficiency in health insurance terminology, and solid understanding of health savings accounts (HSAs).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts, deliver compelling presentations, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative Thinking: Passion for innovation and disruption in healthcare, with a demonstrated ability to challenge traditional norms, drive organizational change, and champion consumer-centric approaches to healthcare delivery.
