Job Description: Busy service oriented company looking for motivated customer service associate to assist in managing customer work orders from start to completion.
Duties: Entering work orders in internal computer system, dispatching to appropriate technician or subcontractor, keep up-to-date on job status, and update internal system and other work order programs.
Resolves service problems by clarifying customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and executing the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Work with subcontractors to obtain a proper and timely resolution to work orders; contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service experience, good written and verbal communication skills, computer skills including data entry and Outlook, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, and multi-tasking.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
