Child Health Associates is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to work in our busy pediatric primary care offices located in Auburn and Shrewsbury.
Basic Responsibilities
Providing quality customer service; welcome/greet patients in person and on the telephone; data entry of demographic and insurance information; making appointments; answering phones; scanning; collecting payments and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Must be willing to travel to other clinic location. Previous medical receptionist experience preferred.
This position is full time, including an occasional weekend.
