The Customer Service Representative provides support by executing and delivering on a range of responsibilities including managing service calls and communicating with clients. Training is provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to all messages Check all email accounts from the night before Prepare daily work and run schedules Receive or prepare work orders Enter work orders, partner with dispatch to schedule technicians according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using text, email and or office telephones. Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests Source vendors when needed Verify field technicians scheduled time and date of the work. Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete. Update customers web-based portals. Answer phones, questions, handle customer complaints and issues Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from technicians, supervisors. Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors. Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed. Other duties assigned.
Demonstrated customer service excellence. Strong computer skills Requirements: Must have expert level communication skills (verbal and written) and possess the ability to comprehend and construct correspondence, listening skills, telephone skills, persuading and negotiating skills, information gathering skills, presentation skills, supporting skills, and the ability to accept criticism. Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsible for following-up on actions based on the projects being managed. Must be organized. Possess the ability to build strong internal and external relationships with the team, vendors, and clients using effective verbal and written communication. Recognize and act on changes to a Work Order status and expedite the change process. Flexibility High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
