Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Store Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and ensure our store meets its sales and profitability targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store layout, and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sales data to set targets and forecast future sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Plan and execute promotional events and marketing activities.
- Directly sell products and work shifts as the branch manager.
- Lead logistics, payroll, hiring, business operations, sales training, team support, customer experience, customer success management, and brand expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Store Manager or in a similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and manage inventory.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and superfoods is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary (including bonuses) ranges between $80,000 to $120,000.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
- Health insurance is provided after 3 months.
- Opportunity for growth within the business in the second year.
- In the initial learning phase of one to two months, you will operate as a teammate, selling our products and getting to know the business.
Growth Opportunities:
