Are you a certified LPN with experience in senior care or a related field? We're seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic professional who excels in verbal and written communication. You should be able to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively while working as part of a team. Some responsibilities include:
- Administer medication to residents according to Federal & State regulations and organizational guidelines, and manage admissions including assessments and documentation.
- Complete care plans for both acute and long-term needs, and may track clinical systems like wound or infection control under the direction of the director.
- Provide health-related consultations within the community, notify physicians or family members of any changes in residents' health, and ensure proper documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain effective communication across all departments and staff.
- Conduct educational sessions for both residents and staff, while maintaining confidentiality of all resident information.
- Attend mandatory training and staff meetings, and work towards maintaining a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.
