Position Summary
We’re looking for that right person to help verify, process, and distribute new and pre-owned Boat/Yacht Leads to our Sales Team, and manage our Digital Boat/Yacht listings. The Sales Coordinator, will work to support the sales team, and various other departments with resources to further assist the customer with a positive Boat buying/service and lifestyle experience.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, plus demonstrated success working in a Marine, Automotive, or Real Estate setting.
- Ability to multitask, plan and track activities, and maintain status reporting to communicate professionally and effectively
- Fluent with Computer Systems
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Maintaining Inventory and related information on a timely basis using dealership operating systems insuring an accurate and appealing Web Presence
- You will provide a friendly and helpful demeanor with the sales team while working on answering customer inquiries on both new and used Boats.
- You will provide customers with “Super Service” and direct them to the appropriate Salesperson/Departments, and provide timely follow ups to customer questions as needed
- Work closely with BDC representatives in a team environment respecting each other.
- Conduct business in a respectful, professional, and ethical manner always.
- Communicate professionally with Internal and External Customers as appropriate with the ability to work within a team and collaborate with others to nurture productive working relationships with both Customers and Team members.
- Awareness of the importance of workflow process to achieve consistent results.
- Using 5S methodology maintain safe, properly equipped, and well-organized work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information where appropriate.

Job Specific Duties
- Boat Intake, preparation for sale, selling, and after sale activities.
- Maintain consistent quality photos for web use of Boats/Yachts and/or video “walk-around” in correct sequence
- Participate and assist in coordination of Boat Show/Business Development related activities as needed
- Routinely work to support process completion for Boat inventory
- Promptly respond to Customer inquiries via internet & phone by email, phone & text coordinating with appropriate sales/service staff and ensure leads are responded to in a timely manner
- Proactively make outbound calls regarding customer inquiries to ensure needs have been met and re-engage prior inquiries to assist where needed
- Utilize CRM system for tracking inquiries daily, accurately entering all necessary information to help the sales/service team close.
- Utilize CRM Dashboards and Reporting to monitor and address business needs and opportunities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
