Part time position. This position is responsible for basic maintenance and repair of the facility. Contributing daily to the best possible visitor experience for all OSC guests.

Essential Functions*
- Work as part of the maintenance team to identify problems and repairs in the areas of painting, plumbing, electrical and facility components.
- Performs minor electrical maintenance (e.g. replacing incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes.)
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. unclogging of drains.)
- Performs minor painting and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush & roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, etc.)
- Assist department in handling unusual maintenance related to guest complaints
- Complete all assigned work orders in CMMS, on time and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by demonstrating knowledge of tools and equipment; follow proper safety procedures associated with each tool / equipment / material.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications*
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience & Certifications: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
