Our programming is focused on mental health care, which includes robust outpatient and community-based programs. Looking for an individual with excellent clinical skills who has experience working in IOP and Outpatient settings, has an interest in program development, and leadership. This position is not a clinical supervisor position, so supervisor endorsement is not required.
Supervision and CEU trainings are included. HRSA approved site. Recovery Ways Idaho is under new leadership and is excited to be a leader of behavioral health care in our community. This position is full-time, hourly, AND eligible for full benefits. Compensation is dependent on experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys collaboration and being part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong understanding of IOP practices and procedures
- Demonstrates professional presentation with approach and boundaries
- Actively engages staff and clients with empathetic and genuine manner
- Must be able to run process groups, individual, and family therapy
- Is licensed in the State of Idaho. Preferred: LCSW, LMFT or LCPC or clinician who will be taking clinical exam within 6 months.
