Job Overview:
We are seeking a Research Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and have experience in a Research medical office setting. The starting hourly rate is $18/hr plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Recruitment for clinical research trials for sites.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Utilize medical terminology to assist callers with inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during interactions
- Analyze and resolve patient issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience in a clinical trials is required
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
