We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Regional Practice Managers to join our team. As a Regional Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of several primary care and specialty practices, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of medical practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow
- Develop and implement efficient practice management strategies to optimize productivity and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
- Oversee medical records management and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate staff members
- Monitor and manage the office budget, including expense control and revenue generation
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
Skills:
- Extensive experience in healthcare management in a primary care, outpatient office setting
- Strong knowledge of practice management software (e.g., eMed, Practice Fusion, Elation, eClinical Works)
- In-depth understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in medical records management and documentation standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
