Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently order necessary restaurant products within budget to enhance associate performance.

Ensure updated trace reports and maintain accurate scheduling for optimal service levels.

Foster positive guest relations, promptly resolving complaints for maximum satisfaction.

Train associates on equipment use, cleanliness, and St. Joe service standards.

Monitor staff performance, assign duties, and conduct pre-shift meetings for seamless operations.

Inspect table setups, materials, and equipment readiness; rectify deficiencies promptly.

Control labor costs, anticipate guests' needs, and respond promptly to requests.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor regulations, and outlet details.

Settle checks in the P.O.S. system, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements.

Adhere to state liquor regulations and maintain awareness of room layouts and guest information.

Continuously seek ways to enhance guest experience and collaborate with Culinary Operations.

Perform and train in greeter, bartender, food runner, and server roles.

Budget, forecast, and maintain financial accountability in line with expectations.
Education and Experience:
-
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests.

Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

Certification or degree in a related field not required but preferred

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

ServSafe Certifications (may obtain after employment)
