Responsibilities:
- Handles customer interactions, inbound and outbound over multiple communication channels: calls, text messages, web chat, app, and email.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Receive and process reservations by phone, email, or online.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
