We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills for our Senior Administrative Assistant position in our Residential Department. Must have multi-task ability with exceptional computer knowledge, organizational & customer service skills. This is a busy, fast-paced office with a friendly and welcoming staff.
Essential Duties include the following:
- Provide full support to management and assistance to Asset Managers.
- Responds and acts upon all inquiries and/or requests from management or respective Asset Managers
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Assist management and Asset Managers with special projects
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files of Assets on cloud-based platforms
- Provide back-up support to other Administrative Assistants & receptionist as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with previous administrative experience 93-5 years minimum)
- Proficient office skills and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong customer relations skills
