Overview:
Join our team as a Receptionist where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage the front desk and assist with various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and marketing materials
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas
Experience:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
