Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage office budget and expenses effectively
- Handle payroll processing accurately and timely
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Lead and manage the office administrative team
- Maintain phone etiquette standards for incoming calls
- Efficiently manage calendars and schedules
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance
- Ability to plan and execute events successfully
