We are seeking a Bilingual detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with project coordination
- Handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe messages and communicate information to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in calendar management and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- 30 or older
