We are looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant to be a dedicated part of the Health Providers team under the direction of the Executive Director.
This person is responsible for providing operational support, utilizing administrative systems, participating in administrative meetings and projects, and adhering to our Core Values set forth by our company.

Job Duties to include:
- Assist Management Team with delegated assignments
- Onboarding and orientate new employees.
- Exceptional and respectful communication skills including telephone etiquette, person to person and documented correspondences (emails, internal communication systems).
- Electronic filing of client and employee files.
- Monitor and code budgetary expenses and accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background study.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in healthcare not required but preferred.
- Must have 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Dependable, courteous, professional, independently driven, and able to multi-task.
- Promote a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.57 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
