Job Summary: Assistant Project Manager to support Project Management Director with solution-oriented, positive customer service and support for all residents and team members. Responsible for providing professional, efficient, support services for construction administration. Engage with residents and “empower every person to celebrate life at its best”. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Schedule access for vendors/contractors
- Produce and distribute memos for construction notifications
- Order, track, and receive appliances
- Produce Resident Handbooks
- Produce and distribute Bio forms
- Order, track, receive, and distribute light fixtures, bath accessories and various other items required for construction
- Supervise move-in/move-outs
- Assist Project Management Director with new resident meetings and recording information gathered
- Produce and distribute Function Forms for new residents
- Follow up on punch list items to ensure completion
- Collect appliance manuals and remote controls for closing
- Maintain Locker Assignment
- Maintain Parking Assignment
- Order and install door name plates
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years related experience in construction administration strongly preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Project management/ organizational skills. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Able to lead and solve problems independently. Knowledge of basic construction. Skilled in diplomacy, good listener. Empathetic, able to remain calm in stressful situations, able to understand senior residents and assist them through transitions. Ability to manage sales procedures and operational procedures of community. Able to perform routine tasks without close supervision and possess good problem-solving skills Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Basic math skills. Efficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel. Able to multi-task. Detail oriented.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to travel around work site. Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds throughout the course of the day, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-50 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
