As a treatment coordinator, your ultimate goal is to help the company grow by way of helping patients start with their dermatological care. You will need to be very comfortable in this sales position to help our wonderful patients. You will also need to be comfortable making many calls each day to prospective patients to answer any questions which they may have.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients who miss appointments and contact patients to complete treatment.

Manage patient schedules to ensure efficient and productive use of each appointment time.

Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow and provide communications and information to appropriate team members.

Assist patient with financial arrangements, overcoming any considerations or objections.
-
Execute all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.

Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal and HIPAA laws and guidelines in regards to patient’s records and information.

Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain product and service capabilities and overcome objections.

Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
-
Maintain practice loyalty by promoting additional products and services.
-
Recommend new products and services by evaluating the current treatment process.
-
Manage front office duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic.

Restocking new inventory, light cleaning such as trash disposal.
-
Assist with room turnover such as wiping everything down, changing sheets when necessary, and setting up rooms for the next patient if needed.
