JOB SUMMARY
The Front office associate works under the direction of the direct supervision of the Front office Supervisor , the Patient Accounts manager, and/or the Practice manager, and in cooperation with the other staff in assisting with safe and effective patient care in compliance with established standards and protocols, goals, and objectives - THREE TO FIVE YEARS OF FRONT OFFICE HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT
Duties include but are not limited to:
- All Front office operation and patient care administrative work
- Patient Pre-registration and Full registration
- Check-in or Check- out- at times both
- Collecting copays, deductibles, and any other time of service or outstanding patient balances
- Appointment scheduling
- Confirmation calls
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, filing, medical records, and all other duties assigned by their direct supervisor(s) or Practice manager.
- Obtaining precertification and referrals
Scanning documents

Travel to other office location in Riverdale Georgia Twice a month- REQUIRED
Additional responsibilities include compliance in ensuring all required patient paperwork has been received, completed, updated, and filed into patient records, in accordance with any state/and/or federally-mandated requirements
