We are looking for someone who has high energy and is able to welcome patients with enthusiasm and kindness. They would be assisting the front desk supervisor with making appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, and informing them of their insurance copays.
Compensation:
$14 - $18 Hourly
Responsibilities:-
Build patient relationships with existing patients by reaching out to them via phone calls, text messages, and even emails or other forms of communication to increase family and friends' referrals as well as the likelihood of using our services again.
Qualifications:-
Preferred but not necessary is medical certification but more importantly, a 'Can Do Attitude' and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the office front desk.
