Job Title: Client Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing clients throughout their lifecycle with the company, providing initial intake services, ensuring quality care, and maintaining client and employee records. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, industry partners, and care providers, delivering excellent customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Welcomes individuals, clients, applicants, and caregivers to the company.
Ø Schedules appointments for consultations and intake procedures.
Ø Organizes and maintains documentation packets for onboarding processes and data workflows.
Ø Coordinates with the care team to ensure accurate care plans and staffing assignments.
Ø Enters client and employee information accurately into the company's database system.
Ø Follows up with pending applicants daily, ensuring timely conversion to caregivers.
Ø Collaborates with teams to understand data requirements and ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Ø Assists in managing Google Sheets workspaces for organizing and analyzing data.
Ø Works as expected with the compliance team on documentation and regulatory requirements.
Ø Answers phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ø Addresses any client, applicant, or caregiver complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Ø Participates in "on the field job fair" events to recruit potential caregivers.
Ø Performs clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing, as needed.
Ø Participates in the distribution of bi-weekly checks to caregivers.
Ø Ensures compliance with company regulations and policies.
Ø Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
A. Education, Training and Certification:
Ø High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree has an advantage
Ø Valid Driver’s License
B. Experience:
Ø Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
C. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Ø Proven experience with data imputation techniques such as missing data handling and outlier detection.
Ø Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ø Familiarity with data privacy and security is a plus
Ø Strong organizational, attention to details, and time management skills
Ø Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, including basic formulas, functions, data validation, and collaboration features
D. Physical Demand:
Work requires sitting, standing, and/or walking for periods of five hours or more, moving and examining objects at high and low reach, and reading for periods of three hours or more
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
